PPMTV and associated brands are part of the Philadelphia Prayer Ministries. For the purpose of this document the names can be used interchangeably.
PPMTV Services are offered subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”), which may be amended by Philadelphia Prayer Ministries from time to time without notice to you. By using the Services, you agree to the Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing between you and PPMTV, the Terms, as amended, shall govern your use of PPMTV World Wide Web site and all Services. Please note that at any time, if it is determined by PPMTV that you have abused or violated the letter or intent of any of these terms, conditions and guidelines, PPMTV reserves the right to terminate your account immediately without notice.

In order to use certain Services, PPMTV requires that you register. PPMTV, in its sole discretion, may terminate your use of the Services for any reason without prior notice. You acknowledge and agree that PPMTV may immediately deactivate or delete your user account and all related information and files in your user account and/or bar any further access to the Services. PPMTV will not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Services.

PPMTV may refer violators to civil or criminal authorities for prosecution, and will cooperate fully with applicable government authorities in connection with its investigations of any suspected civil or criminal violations.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless PPMTV and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

You expressly understand and agree that:

PPMTV makes no warranty that (i) the services or the software will meet your expectations, (ii) the services or the software will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free or (iii) any errors in the services or software will be corrected.

No right to use any trademark, service mark or logo of PPMTV or any other person is granted under these terms.

12. INTERNATIONAL USE

Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from India or the country in which you reside.

13. REFUNDS POLICY

In this event there shall be no rebate or refund of any part of the handling fee already paid.
When refunds can be made Refunds on handling fee will be made only in the following circumstances:

>>Where a processing error has resulted in overcharging the member for the Quiz.
>>Where a processing or system error has occurred.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and jurisdiction of Peddapalli, Telangana State

Notices to you may be made via either email or regular mail. The Services may also provide notices of changes to the Terms or other matters by displaying notices or links to notices to you generally on the Services.
